1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account on HarmoniaLove, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and HarmoniaLove.

2. Eligibility

To use HarmoniaLove, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Not be prohibited from using the service under applicable laws
• Provide accurate and truthful information during registration
• Have only one active account

3. Account responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Keeping your profile information accurate and up to date
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to:

• Create fake or misleading profiles
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
• Solicit money or financial information from other users
• Use the platform for commercial solicitation or spam
• Share explicit, illegal, or harmful content
• Attempt to bypass security measures or access others' accounts
• Scrape or collect user data without permission
• Use bots or automated tools to interact with the platform
• Engage in any form of fraud or scam activity

5. Subscription and payments

HarmoniaLove offers free and paid subscription plans:

• Free plan: Limited messages and translations per day
• Basic plan: Increased limits at €2/month
• Premium plan: Unlimited access at €19/month

Subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Refunds are handled at our discretion. Payments are processed by Stripe.

6. Content and intellectual property

You retain ownership of the content you submit (photos, messages, profile information). By submitting content, you grant HarmoniaLove a non-exclusive license to display and process it for the purpose of operating the platform.

HarmoniaLove's platform design, code, branding, and AI systems are our intellectual property and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

7. AI features and accuracy

HarmoniaLove uses AI for matching, scam detection, and translation. While we strive for accuracy, AI systems are not perfect. We do not guarantee the accuracy of:

• Compatibility scores or match recommendations
• Message translations
• Trust or scam risk assessments

Use your own judgment when interacting with other users.

8. Safety and reporting

We take user safety seriously. You can report suspicious behavior using the Report feature in any conversation. We review all reports and may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. However, we cannot guarantee the safety of every interaction and recommend following our safety guidelines.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms, fraudulent activity, or behavior that harms other users or the platform. You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings.

10. Limitation of liability

HarmoniaLove is provided "as is". We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform, interactions with other users, or reliance on AI-generated content. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bulgaria, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.

12. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms of Service. We will notify you of material changes by email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
